Apple Intelligence missing after updating to iOS 26 on iPhone 16

Please check the model number of the device at: Settings- General - About - Model = ???

If the number contains CN as in xxxxxCN/A, it is for the Chinese market and will not have Apple Intelligence.

Update your iPhone:

Having "just" installed an update, just when was it? iOS26.5 is the latest non-beta version compatible with your device. So, go to: Settings > General > About > iOS Version. If not iOS 26.5, then update your iPhone to get it installed.

Have you checked settings to ensure it is turned on (Settings>Apple Intelligence &Siri)
