How to contact Apple to discuss RECF software architecture?

I developed a software architecture called Runtime Execution Control Fabric

( RECF ) designed to provide deterministic action-level attestation, execution-time revalidation, and log-independent proof for AI-mediated protected actions.

RECF architecture was recently discussed in a technical engagement with Microsoft’s Agent Governance Toolkit team.

The discussion helped validate the runtime-governance gap that RECF addresses: AI systems need more than model guardrails, credential checks, and internal logs; they need deterministic release-time control over protected actions.

My question how do I approach Apple appropriately and is there a email or link I can use to reach out to Apple?

There is a Feedback page, but I don't think that would be relevant for your question and due to Apple being sued by some claiming their feedback was used by Apple and expecting a monetary settlement, Apple has to include an Unsolicited Idea Submission Policy here:

As for the AI plans and direction Apple is going as far as guardrails, validations and sourcing, that remains tight lipped and I don't expect much information will be disclosed to you about what they are working on.
