Apple Watch 10 stuck in recovery loop

Hello Folks,

My apple watch 10 stucked in recovery loop.

I have tried it to reboot and restore from my Iphone but below cycle keep repeating -

Restore- Download update - preparing- Installing - Recovery mode.

At the end of restoring cycle animation of phone & watch repeating on watch.

I am using watch from last 1.5 years and no hardware damage.

I contacted to service centre and they asked it can’t be restore you should take replacement, now as watch is out of warranty I can’t bare that cost.
