Remove Turkish keyboard from macOS System Settings

Go to system settings / keyboard / text input / edit / all input sources and use the minus button at the bottom to remove any input sources you do not want.

Aside from that, you should just ignore the system log.

You keyboard settings are exactly as they should be. If you still see references to odd keyboards in your system logs, you can just ignore them, they are not relevant to anything that matters for your machine working properly.

I can't find any item in the System Settings which lists a Turkish keyboard.
