If you can't read the code on the back of your card because it's scratched or damaged, contact Apple Support. ⇠💳

No matter how many additional posts are added, the solution is the same. You have to contact Apple directly and Niel provided that information in the very first post and if fraud occurred at store level that is handled at the place of purchase.
