EPUB books missing from Books app

HI, i am a French men from Quebec Canada, sorry for my English. I Buy many books in different Bookstore. They send me the books in EPUB for electronic View. I store these books in the app Books.

What can i do if They are not in the app since 1 o 2 weeks?
