Unable to Verify Student Status Through SheerID for Apple Education Pricing

Hello,

I am trying to verify my student status for Apple’s education offer through SheerID. I submitted the required documents, but the verification process appears to be affected by a known issue.

I contacted SheerID support, and they informed me that they recently identified a verification issue affecting the Apple offer and are working with Apple to resolve it. They mentioned that users would be notified once the issue is fixed.

I would like to know:

1. Is anyone else currently experiencing the same verification problem?
2. Has anyone recently been able to complete verification successfully?
3. Is there any alternative verification method available while this issue is being resolved?
