I have an issue with my iPhone 17 pro where voice messages do not switch correctly to the earpiece speaker when I bring the phone to my ear.
When I play a voice message and put the phone to my ear:
* the screen turns off as expected (proximity sensor works),
* but the audio does not switch to the earpiece speaker,
* the sound remains loud and continues to play through both the bottom speaker and the top speaker.

If you are referring to Audio messages on iMessage, WhatsApp, Instagram, enable Raise to Listen

the issue is on all application like whatsup isntgram it’s like the switch it’s not done from the lower speaker to the ear one even if the sreen turns off while putting the phone on my ear.
No it’s not working, the song still comes for both speakers and so loud when I put the phone on my ear
