Unexpected FaceTime usage on iPhone 11 Pro

Unexpected FaceTime data or active time on your iPhone 11 Pro usually happens because of background activation, phone number re-linking, iCloud sync glitches, or an unauthorized person using your Apple ID on another device.

• Check Active Devices: Go to Settings > [Your Name / Apple ID] at the top. Scroll down to see all devices linked to your account. Remove any device you do not own or recognize.
• Review FaceTime Settings: Go to Settings > FaceTime. Turn the switch Off and back On. Check the list under "You can be reached by FaceTime at" to make sure only your correct phone number and email are checked.
• Sign Out of Apple ID: In Settings > FaceTime, tap your Apple ID at the bottom and choose Sign Out. Then sign back in to refresh the connection.
• Change Your Password: If you suspect someone has your login details, change your Apple ID password immediately to block unauthorized access on other devices.
