My iphone 14 pro max screen suddenly turned green (see below). I tried to power cycle it but it gave off a siren like sound. I then also tried the full restart (volume up, volume down, long power button hold), which didn't help. Grateful for any advise?

Facing Green / Yellow Screen issues? Here's what worked for me:
After the iPhone starts...
1️⃣ Backup on iCloud/iTunes
2️⃣ Log out of Apple ID
3️⃣ Erase (Keep eSIM Data)
