Error exporting PowerPoint video on Mac Air

Hi,

I’m hoping someone can help me please.

I’m having issues with exporting on PowerPoint on my Mac Air. I use PowerPoint to create a marketing video for advertising, but very time I try and export in to video it comes up with this message. Can anyone tell me what settings I need to be looking at and how to fix this issue.
