Using Itunes 12.13.10.3 to back up an iphone on IOS 26.5 Itunes gets stuck on "provide trust on this device" even though the prompt has appeared on teh apple device and trust granted. Same issue when trying to back up my wife's IPAD.

iTunes for Windows is not supported by Windows 10/11. iTunes for Windows is supported by Windows 7/8.
For Windows 10/11, you'll need to use the much more recent Apple Devices App. This App can be downloaded from the Microsoft Store:
