iPhone 16 back camera and flashlight stopped working

The camera and flahlight stopped working on the back of the iphone 16. The camera will go to a black screen however sometimes it will recognize the front camera. The flashlight/flash stipped working at the same time. I have restarted the phone, completed a factory reset and nothing seems to help.
