Getting Touch ID to display in the Dock

how can I get touchID to be displayed in the Dock

There is no Touch ID application that can BE located in the Dock.

Touch ID is a macOS feature that is displayed on an as-needed basis when the user requests to do certain secure things on the Mac. Once you have set up your fingerprints in System Settings... > Touch ID & Password, there is little else to do with the feature but touch the Touch ID button when security requires and requests it.
