How to update macOS Monterey 12.7.6 to macOS 13 or Higher
Hi Apple Community,
I’m currently using macOS Monterey 12.7.6 on my Mac, and I’d like to update to macOS 13 (Ventura) or higher. Can someone advise if this is possible?
Additionally, if an update is available, could you guide me through the process or let me know any requirements I should

You have not told us which specific Mac model you have. Is it on one of the "Check macOS compatibility" lists in the article to which Niel linked?
If it is not on the macOS Ventura 13 is compatible with these computers - Apple Support list, Monterey is as far as you can go - you cannot upgrade any further.
