Manufacturing defect in Tech-woven case iphone 17 pro, develop bubbles within months of use

My case developed similar bubbles. I went to the store where I purchased it (Rome, Italy) and showed them. They immediately accepted the fault, drew a note and told me to expect to be contacted in five working days. I pointed out the fact that the case was available in the store, but they said that repair and sales are different channels, so I have to wait. Anyway, they mailed me after two weeks. I went and collected the new case, which one day later developed a bubble, this time on the back!

I have exactly the same problem with my tech woven case that the Apple sales rep in the store in NYC sold to me - literally raving about how good it was and worth the money. I bought it and within months it’s developed bubbles down the sides and bottom. I live in London so hope the London store will honour the warranty and replace it. But if anyone is reading this and considering this case as a premium purchase… I’d avoid it like the plague

I had the same issue with my 17 pro max tech woven case. Had it replaced under warranty 3 months ago. This is the replacement today. So now I have to go back again to the Apple Store to sort this out myself. I don’t want another tech case now.

While they offer a no-questions-asked replacement, the real issue is the logistical hassle. It is not only about locating a convenient store, but also dealing with the lengthy delay before the new case is delivered.

For a €60 case, you would expect much more.

Same for me. They replaced mine without any problem at all. Even the next one I got on warenty got the same problem after just a few weeks use. Now I dont know what to do. What do Apple say about this anoying problem??

Your advice makes sense, but customers often cannot return to the exact store where they bought an item. No advice about that? Furthermore, explaining the forum's purpose is unnecessary. Most members already understand it and are simply seeking advice and ideas on how to handle their problems...

The same problem. 6 months old case. Do anyone have experience with warranty solving? Warranty is 2 years in EU.
