Can't print on macbook "Expired Certificate" error

For context I have HP Smart Tank 670, few days ago I have no problem printing in my macbook air m5, I can print photos and files I open using preview.

However, I had to reset my printer to change the wifi it is connected to, then I downloaded the HP app to set it up. After that I could print using the hp app but not when I open a photo or file from preview. It always says "Expired Certificate" error.

I tried resetting the printer again with the old wifi it was connected to and made sure that my device is connected to the same wifi but it still does not work. I also tried to make a new certificate for the printer but still does not work. I also deleted the hp app and tried to print in preview but it still does not work. If anyone knows how to fix this I am really grateful for any advice.
