Should I sleep or shut down my Macbook Neo for daily use?
I just bought a Macbook Neo, people says macbook with M chip better left in sleep for daily use. For Macbook Neo, should i sleep or shut down for daily basis?

FWIW, I let my MacBook Air remain on and simply close the lid when I'm not using it. The Mac sleeps and wakes just fine. I also keep it connected to power unless I need the mobility and to use it elsewhere than my regular workspace.
You can do the same with the Neo.
Or you can shut it down.
There is no right or wrong way to run your Neo in this regard. It really just comes down to personal preference.
While restarting your Mac on occasion is a good idea and can make your system feel smoother, sleep mode should work just fine for extended periods of time. I personally only restart when my system has issues like memory pressure or high storage consumption.
Unless I know I'm not going to use it for several days, I pretty much never shut down my Macs.
I have experienced no problems with sleep.
