Also as seen in the Support Article provided there will initially be region/language restrictions for devices where Siri AI will start with English and not be available in the EU. I am sure as additional languages/regions are supported there will be more information provided, as seen in previous feature support as well. This part is not specific to iPhone 16 Pro, but if using a different language/region it may still apply to you.

Alancito is correct. However, other features aside from the expressive Siri and advanced dictation, which are the new Siri AI and Apple Intelligence upgrades, will go to your iPhone 16 Pro.
