Is there a current issue with Apple Pay?

Currently there is no issue being reported with Apple Pay.

Apple - Support - System Status

• What issue are you experiencing?
• Is it a terminal charge issue?
• Are you having trouble adding a card?
• Do you have a VPN installed that is preventing bank verification?
• Are you having a problem with Apple Cash, Apple Card, or another bank card added to your Wallet?

According to the System Status:

• Apple Pay - Available

If you are facing payment issues, then try the following:

Check your payment method in Settings ➢ [your name] ➢ Payment & Shipping, ensure it’s valid and update if needed. Also, sign out and back into your Apple Account, then try again.

If it still fails, contact Apple Support directly.



Other options:

• Disable any VPN connections and restart your iPhone or tell Siri: "Restart".
• Learn how to update your iPhone to the latest version of iOS.
• Learn what to do if your iPhone won’t update.
