Will Apple Intelligence be available in the UK at launch in September 2026

Will Apple Intelligence be available in the UK at launch in September 2026, including Siri AI to iphones/ipads/Watch (I have all three)? I am getting conflicting answers from Microsoft Copilot, Claude and other sources. Apple official statement mentions EU but not the UK. I am trying to ask Apple this question but have not found a channel of communication. Does anyone know with any degree of certainty?
