What happened to Image Playground on my iPhone 15 pro?

When selecting Image Playground as an text message reply on my iPhone 15 pro, the message ‘Image Playground is not available.. Image Playground is nit available on this phone’ is displayed. I’ve used Image Playground many times before. I deleted the app and downloaded it again. After downloading, the message, ‘Downloading support for Image Playground… Once downloaded, iPhone will be able to create images for you.’ appears but the app never becomes available… same original message appears. What’s the problem?

Hi, this usually means the Image Playground support download is getting stuck or Apple Intelligence is not fully enabled on the phone. On iPhone 15 Pro, Image Playground is supported, so it should work once the required setup finishes.

Try this

Go to Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri and make sure Apple Intelligence is on.
Keep the phone on stable Wi‑Fi and plugged in for a while.
Check that your iPhone has enough free storage.
Restart the iPhone again after that.

If it still says not available

Sign out of your Apple Account, then sign back in.
Check Settings > General > Language & Region and make sure the device language is a supported English option.
Delete and reinstalling the app may not be enough if the support files never finish downloading.
