Mac not receiving calls, including FaceTime, despite updates
My Mac and iPhone are up to date still I'm not getting any calls on my Mac including FaceTime. Every other feature like copy paste works but not this
MacBook Air, macOS 15.7

This may sound self-evident but have you checked your iPhone settings? If you go to Settings > Phone > Calls on Other Devices, you'll see a global setting or your other devices capable of showing calls (Mac, Apple TV etc.) you'll have to enable that.
Alternatively on your Mac open the Phone App (macOS 26 and later), go to settings (Phone on the menu bar > Settings or just press cmd+,) go to the Calls tab and see if "calls from iPhone" is enabled.

It is mandatory that someone says, "Have you double-checked the instructions on this web page?"
