Two factor can’t access account

Hello, when signing into my account it prompts me for two factor authentication. Problem is I have no other devices and my trusted phone number is old and I do not remember the digits of it. When I go for account recovery I get stuck because I have to enter the old phone number (even after clicking I don’t have it) and can’t move forward. This means I can’t download any apps. Also to note - I do remember my password but still makes me do 2FA. Please help thank you.

Are you not signed-in and using that account to post here ???

Using Account Recovery should be your option of last resort.

I am trying to install apps and it will not let me. I have entered my password but then it asks for a two factor authentication.
