Unable to copy photos from iCloud for Windows to a blog page

I am using iCloud for Windows and trying copy photos (right click) and then paste them into a blog page. This was working for me yesterday (6/11/2026) until about 3 PM and then I could no longer do it. The only thing that I did between when I was able to right-click copy and no longer could not was have a webex meeting. I am using Chrome. I tried MS Edge which also didn't work. I rebooted my machine and it still doesn't work.

Looks like that specific picture is not downloaded to the PC so cannot be copied. Click on Download so it downloads and then the copy option should be available.

What you do with it after it downloads, like adding it to a blog is beyond the influences of iCloud.
