Me and husband both got new iPhone 17e from the Apple Store last week. Now for some unknown reason Genmoji has stopped working for both of us. There’s been no iOS updates. Restarts don’t fix it. It just says it’s downloading but it’s not actually doing anything? Any thoughts?

Apple says it’s a known fault.
Thanks for replying but sadly that’s not worked. As I say, it’s strange because it’s only been a week and it was working and we’ve not done any updates
