Image Playground stuck downloading support for a week

my image playground isn’t working. it says it’s been “downloading support for image playground”. however, it’s been a week of it saying that and i’m not able to use the app. i’ve made sure my apple intelligence is on, i’ve deleted & reinstalled the app, i’ve shut my phone completely off & back on again, i’ve keep the app open and my phone charged for 10+ hours overnight. what else can i do to fix this? i really want to make emojis with the app because i’m very expressive when i text, but i haven’t been able to do that in a week.

(i have the iphone 16 pro max, and it’s been updated to the latest ios version there is).
