Have an iPad Air with the latest IOS update. All of a sudden I can’t use Genmoji and it keeps saying its downloading the software so I can us it but it never does even if I leave that open and plugged in all night. Also my iPhone 16 pro running the same update no longer has Genmoji. Was this a problem with the last update that it all went away?

Have seen it reported from some other users too, although I have not seen it on my device. I would recommend contacting Apple directly.

Please update if you do contact Apple directly as so far I have not seen anyone with the issue report back what Apple has told them.
Before I called Apple thought I would check my devices again this morning and low and behold, the genmoji worked on both devices and playground which didn't work last night worked this morning. Not sure what happened overnight.
