How to delete Screen Time history

How to delete screen time history completely?

I tried all the methods like turning it off and on with reset.

I tried resetting all my settings and it worked for like an hour. I checked everywhere and can’t seem to find where exactly is all this data cached and why it keeps popping up no matter what I do. I’m running iOS 26.5. In previous iOSs it was plain simple now nothing seems to work

When you turn off both App & Website Activity and Share Across Devices, your device immediately erases all previously collected Screen Time data. This includes app usage statistics, website activity logs, and cross‑device tracking information. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered—there is no backup or restore option for it.

Disabling these features has a reset effect on Screen Time:

  • 📊 Usage History: All records of how long you’ve used apps or websites are wiped.
  • 🌐 Website Activity: Any browsing activity tracked under Screen Time is cleared.
  • 🔄 Cross‑Device Sync: If you had Screen Time data shared across multiple Apple devices, that synchronised history is also erased.
  • 🗑️ Permanent Loss: The reset is irreversible. Even if you re‑enable the features later, the old data will not return—Screen Time will only start tracking fresh activity from that point onward.

If you have multiple Apple devices using the same Apple ID, ensure that the Share across devices remains disabled.

👉 In short: Turning off App & Website Activity and Share Across Devices completely resets Screen Time, permanently erasing all past usage data. Once gone, it cannot be retrieved.

When you re-enable App & Website Activity the data will start afresh. See the pic below
