Apple Pay balance not reflecting completed transaction

someone sent me an Apple Pay transaction and my balance doesn’t reflect the payment. It shows “completed.” There’s are no other transactions after that.

When you say Apple Pay, are you referring to Apple Cash? If so, Please contact an Apple Cash Specialist at Green Dot Bank. If you’re referring to something else, please provide more details.
