Single Out this Monitor:
It's probably a hardware error --but, with everything being virtually communicated on these forums, one can not put hands-on. So, try anther monitor, seeing if you get the same results. A projector might give you the same issue.
Everything you posted show up on the forum as regular black text.
Only the highlight around selected Allmant is blue.
Old displays that use Analog VGA interface have discrete signals for Red, Green, and Blue. In CRT displays, these are used to drive guns in the display that fire at Red Green and Blue phosphor dots on the display.
A connector pulled partway out of the socket can sometime turn the entire screen background one color. On mine that was Red. The Blue signal is toward the middle.
Analog VGA, DB-15, and Vega are likely the same thing.
All others send packets of digital data that is not subject to cabling issues such as loose connections.
Many flat panel displays with multiple interfaces have a screen memory buffer inside the display. A failure inside the screen buffer memory could turn many black items blue (or any other color).
Hi, perhaps it is my display who is the problem. I am in my summer house, it is an old Dell display.

I have try to look into the display settings but so far the text is still blue.
Perhaps it is, I don't remember if it was the same last summer, I will look when I return home in the autumn with my other newer display. Thanks both!
You are welcome.
