ScreenTime Downtime should allow more than one schedule per day

I've read the posts about only allowing one downtime schedule per day. I believe Apple dropped the ball on this one. I've allowed my teen to have screentime until 2 am overnight on Saturday evening so I have to turn off screentime for Saturday if I want to restrict screentime on Sunday evening at 10 pm. that allows my child to have screentime all early Saturday morning... and I have to physically take their phone at 2am so they are not up all night.

Here is what I should be able to get for downtime:

Friday 11 pm - Saturday 7 am

Sunday 2 am - Sunday 7am

Sunday 10 pm - Monday 7 am

I know Apple can change this if they really wanted to! It's just software!

Would make everyone's lives so much easier.
