Why are all my previous submissions gone off my profile page ? I had to go back and find an an email from months ago to be able to see a submission I had previously made. Literally all my previous submissions are gone off my profile ? I find that extremely sketchy.

Your subscribed posts only remain on your Profile for a fixed period of time. I believe that it is 45 days, but someone might be able to provide the precise time. When I look in my Subscription list, the oldest it shows is May 5th, so I know that time frame is close. Nothing sketchy going on, the limit applies to everyone, not just you.
As for the Search function on this website, I have had no problem with it and can find your post quite easily just by entering "Shortcuts" into the Search field and Filtering the Author by your Username.
And as MrHoffman said, you can use the "site:" keyword on a Google Search with the format they have included and that will bring up all of your posts.

For example:

For whatever reason, the site-local search around here can have issues, and can tend to not index older replies.
