How do I get rid of weird black bar while typing on iPad?

Every time I type anywhere I get this weird black bar that seems to sync with what I type. I have an iPad.

You have enabled Hover Typing. This feature can be simply disabled from iPad Settings:

Settings > Accessibility > Hover Text > Hover Typing > Hover Typing - set to OFF
