I was charged in full amount for 2 different bundles in the same app

i got charged full price for a subsxription that i wanted to upgrade

so i downloaded peacock and bought their premium subscription but i didnt know that the bundle contained ads and i wanted the one with no ads, so i bought the premium plus and i was informed that it should only charge me by a few dollars but apple charged it as two separate payments. I tried to use the refund section but its telling me im not eligible for the refund of the premium subscription

Apple typically charges the full amount for each subscription tier and upgrading does not automatically provide a partial refund if you purchased a separate subscription instead of using the in-app upgrade option.

Since you bought Peacock Premium as a new subscription rather than upgrading your existing one, Apple recognizes it as two separate subscriptions, making you ineligible for a refund for the first one.

You can contact Apple Support directly through the Report a Problem page or the Apple Support app to request an exception or refund.

Good Luck! 👋🏼😉
