Transfer music from MacBook Pro (Big Sur) to iPod classic

how do i transfer music from macbook pro mid 2014 running Big Sur 11.7 to ipod classic? Apple Music app can't be downloaded on this laptop. iTunes not supported anymore.

Hello,


The Apple Music app is built-in to Big Sur and cannot be deleted, so should not need to be downloaded at all.


With that said, if your Mac does not have the Apple Music app as you claim, then where is this music you want to transfer to the iPod exactly?


Also, just for precision's sake, you don't actually use the Apple Music app to transfer music to the iPod. You use the Finder, though the Finder does require that an Apple Music library exists on the Mac.
