hello. i just recently updated my iPad Air 2 to 15.8.8 OS, the transaction went well, however, after the update somehow my TikTok app won’t even function. whenever i try to open the app it just brings me back to my home screen. i updated this just yeasterday and up until now i still can’t open my TikTok app, please help 🙏🏻
Delete the TikTok app and download it again from the App Store. That will clear the cache files used by the app that may be corrupted and also data from the App stored on your iPad to give it a fresh start. If you still experience problems, then you will need to contact TikTok Support.

I restarted my iPad , i undated TikTok app still didn’t work than i tried deleting the app than get it back it still didn’t work ! How do i contact TikTok support if I can’t get on the app ?
