Music playlists are not saving

music playlists not saving… I have logged out/in… un-checked/checked sync… logged out/in to cloud. ios is up to date.

I assume by not saving you mean they are not syncing from one device to another, since you said you unchecked/checked sync. If this is a singe device are you allowed to create it and then later it is no longer there?


Are you using a VPN? If so remove it and test again. They can cause network and Apple includes a Support Article here for some of the things you may encounter.

If your device has network connectivity issues, check for VPN and other third-party security software - Apple Support
