watch wont let me stop calling sos when it thinks i fell

If you press the "I'm ok" button shown in the previously posted image it will not make the emergency call.
As I stated in the post the watch would not let me do anything. First time it’s ever happened after many years of having an Apple Watch. I finally reset it after getting a call from 911
Yes I knew all of that. My problem was it would not allow me to stop the call or do anything. I tried numerous times while walking around. All I had done was clap my hands. I have never experienced where I could not cancel the procedure to not call 911 or cancel anything. It did not register me trying to stop it.
