iPhone12 mini
As of today, the camera is not focusing when I zoom more than 1.0. I tap the screen when I’m zoomed in. The yellow box appears and AE/AF at the top of the screen, but it doesn’t refocus. Images are very blurry.
I have cleaned both lenses, taken off case and done a reset (pressing the volume buttons and the right hand button until logo appears), but no success.
Any ideas? Thank you.
Does it work with any third party camera apps? If not, you need to have Apple perform diagnostics on your iPhone. It can be done in person at an Apple Retail Store or at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. You can also contact Apple Support and request remote diagnostics.

iPhone 12 mini camera not focusing when zoomed
