My eFootball account was accidentally linked to my Game Center account. KONAMI advised me to contact Apple regarding Game Center account management. Could you please let me know if it is possible to remove or unlink the Game Center connection from my account?

It is not possible to completely delete or permanently sever a specific game link from Game Center server records once it is tied to an account. Apple does not provide a direct dashboard to unbind individual third-party game data grants from Game Center the way it does for general Apple ID sign-ins.
