The block contact feature is not working. I choose a number from the recents list and choose to block it using “block contact”. The number does not get blocked. Does anyone have any similar experience?

Tap the i next to the phone number, then scroll down and tap Block Contact.
Do you have an iPhone SE? They have had blocking issues since about iOS 26.1 or .2 that are not reported for the larger iPhones.
