How to identify if an iPhone is being managed by a service provider?

How does one know if a device is being managed? I’m the owner of a “Blue 128GB iPhone 12 mini” that is marked down as a “Black 64GB iPhone 12” with my T-mobile service provider and it has limited my ability to upgrade my device. I have had no luck finding any information. Any advice would greatly be appreciated thank you… also the screenshot was taken immediately after I posted this question and there’s a bit of a time difference between the two?

I’m supposed to contact apple support to validate the purchase date? Even though I have purchased it from Walmart.com? listen! my original post was nothing to do with my service provider owning or managing my iPhone they are just being lazy and not paying attention to what I have been trying to tell them!.. Can I access a menu or is there a way that I myself can view or verify if it’s being managed it’s very important that I find out!.. again I apologize if this is not the right place to ask but it’s imperative that I know…
