What is wrong with Apple Watch 11?

I already struggle to fall asleep quickly. So when I was about to go to bed, I turned on Sleep Focus Mode — it shows up on both iPhone and Apple Watch.

Half an hour later, just as I’m finally drifting off, the watch buzzes with a notification from some online shopping app about discounts. It even popped up as a Priority app.

Priority, seriously? I never set any “Allow” for that.

When I used the Apple Watch SE, I never had this issue. Why did it get worse with the newer model? And why does Apple keep breaking things that used to work fine?

Then today, it happened again — I’m drifting off, and the watch buzzes for no reason. I raise my wrist, and there’s no message, no notification, nothing. Just buzzing, with that red sensor light glowing under the watch against my wrist. That’s it.
