Epson SureColor P600 printer should have the Epson driver v13.26 (as you already have), if you choose to use the vendor drivers.
Vendor info (including drivers, firmware):
For testing, ignore the Epson-provided drivers, and set up and test printing with AirPrint.
While the following indicates wireless Wi-Fi printing, wired printing also works.
AirPrint is briefly discussed on page 26:
If not already… The Wi-Fi setup is on page 29, or a wired connection using the Ethernet LAN port is discussed on page 29, and connecting that into your ISP router LAN port, or other local gear.
Also restart both the printer and the Wi-Fi router.
Newest firmware is from 2015, but do make sure that’s loaded.
If you decide to replace this printer, you will want a printer with AirPrint support for Mac, iPhone, and iPad, and likely also with internet printing protocol (IPP/IPPS) support for use with other systems, and also with TWAIN and ICA support if a multi-function printer with scanning is involved.
