It’s a scam.

Simply block, report and delete the message.


Here is the exact phrase that most scammers use: "We have noticed some unusual activity".

That really is one of many scams that are common nowadays and as long as you don't call a number or click a link on any provided email or message, you will not be a victim of those phishing attempts.
