How do I find my old posts on here?

It is best to use an external search engine (Google, Bing, DuckDuckGo, etc) for that, as in-site searching with the profile filtering only gets recent results (a few months).
As search query, use your profile name and a limiter for this site, like this:
site:discussions.apple.com "Sparky Marky"
You can add additional words, when looking for something specific (e.g. "iCloud Drive").
