iPhone 15 Pro Max stuck in Recovery Mode loop

15 Pro Max - while using it, a black loading screen appeared and then started rebooting. After rebooting, the "Recovery" screen appeared. I went through all the steps, but it said everything was fine and I needed to reboot. I rebooted, and the "Recovery" screen appeared again. I tried restoring it on another device, but the result was the same. The update is 26.5.

What can I do to avoid losing my data?

Hi Shtonda_PS,

Do you have a recent iCloud or computer backup? If so, I'd just let it restore — your data comes back from there.

If not, try plugging into a Mac/PC before restoring. Sometimes Finder or the Apple Devices app can grab a quick backup even while it's stuck in Recovery. Worth a shot before you lose anything.

In effect, you have already lost your data.

You do have a recent backup of your iPhone on iCloud or a computer......correct?
