iCloud for Windows: No Outlook Calendar/Contacts sync option

I have a new Windows 11 Home (Surface-Pro) pc and trying to set it up as per my Win 10 pc to sync with contacts and calendar on iPhone.

I downloaded and installed iCloud and get options swich on iCloud photos, iCloud drive, Password and keychain, and book marks etc but the option to sync Calendar and Contacts with Outlook is not there (see screenshot)

All the iCloud support info I can find says option should be there e,g . Set up iCloud Calendars and Contacts in Outlook on your Windows computer – Apple Support (UK)

I have tried reloading iCloud but no change.

I think it is version 15.8.0.127 (iCloud Outlook on programs and features)

Any ideas?
