Music app: Announce song and artist before playing?

I often make playlists of music I'm not familiar with and listen to it while cutting the grass. I find myself wondering what the title of a song is, along with the artist. Unless I stop, take the phone out of my pocket and look at the screen, I have no way of getting that information. I would like an option to make the Music app announce the song title and artist ... and then play the song. It needs to be an option that I can turn on/off so that once I am familiar with the music, I don't have to listen to the announcements of title/artist.

I have tried to create a Shortcut to do this inputting a playlist. I have been able to get the title/artist spoken to me for the first song in the playlist but right now there is no way to "interrupt" the playing of the playlist by the Music app to have the Shortcut get and speak the title/artist for subsequent songs.

Anyone ever try to do this? Anyone other than me even interested in doing this? Apple ... if you monitor any of these questions, could you please add the ability to do this to the next Music app release?
